100% Hand sculpted decorative porcupine fish make the cutest decor. I started making these while going through radiation treatment. I had lost energy and creativity but still needed something to do, so I sculpted one little sphere after another. They were therapeutic and didn't take a lot of thought. That's how they started. I converted the spheres into fish when I was feeling a bit better. This little guy has a goatee fin and sideburns.
The body itself is a 2.5in sphere. These are decorated with bright crystalized glazes that form little dramatic bursts of color, giving life to the fishies. Made with earthenware and fired to 1800F
