Hand made, sculpted ceramic vase. This beautiful coiled vase flows with nature in it's organic form and color.
This vessel is hand coiled, manipulated, and sculpted to form this one-of-a-kind organic piece of art which makes for beautiful decor with or without flowers.
The alabaster glaze Alabaster is a semi-opaque white soft matte glaze that breaks and interacts with the white clay beneath. Lead free and non-toxic, the Interior is glazed down the neck of the vessel where it's then exposed, vitrified (waterproof) stoneware. This piece was fired to 2200F/1200C.
This piece can be used indoor or outside. Would not suggest leaving water in the vessel during cold months as it can freeze, expand, and crack.

*Note: Due to the thick application of the glaze, some pitting (small bubbles) occurred on the inside of the vessel and back 'lip'. Visible in the photos. I fired a second time with hopes they would lay down but they didn't want to. Price has been reduced to reflect this.
