From the Earth collection | ceramic sculpture rooted in nature

Textural, grounded, and elemental.

The From the Earth Collection is a tribute to roots, rock, petals, and time. Built by hand, these ceramic sculptures echo the rugged beauty of the land: cracked earth, petals and vines, bark textures, and ancient stone. This body of work is deeply tactile—inviting the viewer to notice the small, often overlooked details that nature records over time.

Each piece is formed slowly, in rhythm with the clay’s will, and finished with earthy glazes or raw surfaces that reflect a life lived close to the ground.

From the Earth collection

Forms that feel found, not made

In this collection, I work closely with texture. Some surfaces are disguised as wood, hand shaped and textured. Others are layered and scarred to evoke the way the earth weathers and reshapes itself. I leave marks from the making process - fingertips, seams, spontaneous cracks, because they tell the true story of the piece.

The color palette is warm and organic: greens, clay reds, deep browns, ash whites, and matte white. These are tones that belong to nature.

Sculpture that grounds a space

The From the Earth Collection belongs in interiors that favor natural materials, muted tones, and a sense of presence. These pieces offer weight and stillness. They sit comfortably beside linen, raw wood, concrete, and sunlight. They thrive in rooms that invite slowness—spaces that celebrate craftsmanship and quiet form over noise and trend.

Whether displayed alone or in groupings, they feel discovered, not designed.
